Shelves for Skinny laMinx new store in Bree Str

Have a look at these lovely solid brass + mild steel shelves we made for Heather of Skinny laMinx, she has opened a beautiful shop on Bree street and it was a perfect opportunity to make these shelves as we had exactly the same thing in mind.. such a great shop, they launched last week with champagne and ice creams, my kind of shop!

Design Now! Exhibit - Cape Town

We recently worked with Tracy Lynch and Visi Magazine for Design Now! at the Cape Quarter.

For the event we made a variety of tables and benches from our latest Fairlegs Range using Birch and raw Mild Steel.

To express the rooms’ volume we varied the table heights, creating some very elegant high tables as well as low surfaces which left you wondering what ‘normal’ is.

If you did’t get a chance to see the exhibit, flip through the gallery below.

New display at the Field Office

Starting out as a simple showroom for our work, the cafe has taken off in its own right (We’ve got Will’s humour, good looks and sandwiches & Syd’s great coffee to thank for that)! So our new display creates a focus on the latest of our pieces and can be enjoyed while sipping a flat white..

Pop in sometime and see what we’ve been up to!
